STUFFED TILAPIA

I would first make the stuffing since it's not that hard depending on how many you want to make depends on the amount of stuff you need for the stuffing I made 5 so I am giving you what I needed to make those
Stuffing ingredients
1 lb crabmeat
4 oz asagio cheese (shredded)
3 oz bread crumbs ( you can buy them in the dressing section)
1 onion ( depends on how much you like onion)
2 celery sticks
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary ( fine chopped)
1 tsp lemon

4 oz asagio cheese (shredded)
3 oz bread crumbs ( you can buy them in the dressing section)
1 onion ( depends on how much you like onion)
2 celery sticks
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary ( fine chopped)
1 tsp lemon
Ok first chop the onions and celery up and get them ready then if you have to grate the cheese grate it and then just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and move it aside while you prepare the tilapia
preheat oven at 400 degrees

When I buy the tilapia its already in filet's, so then you basically make the tilapia in a bowl shape so just wrap it in a circle then try your best to close the bottom up but not all the way to where the stuffing an cook from the bottom a little ....the fish should stay in shape but if not just get some toothpicks to help then just scoop the desired amount of stuffing into the tilapia.
Next put them on a non stick baking sheet and put in the over for 22 min to tell if it cooked all the way through put a toothpick in the center and when you pull it out if its clean it is done if not let it cook for lil bit it longer

While the tilapia is cooking you can cook the side....
Ingredients
3-4 yellow potatoes chopped up
10 asparagus chopped up
1 onion chopped up
1 red bellpepper chopped up
pepper
salt
olive oil
put olive oil in skillet ( I put enough to cover the bottom) chop everything up and add to a skillet and since it takes 22 min for the fish to cook I put the stove on high for the potatoes to be cooked in time add the salt and pepper to it as well put as much to your liking ...just taste the potatoes and when they are done enjoy!
Looks amazing ....
